  • Labor Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPT): A formal complaint has been filed for severe violations of Brazilian labor laws, including the malicious withholding of salaries and subsistence funds from local professionals for over five months, constituting the curtailment of fundamental rights and conditions analogous to exploitation.
  • United Nations (UN): A formal petition has been submitted to Human Rights mechanisms, reporting the state of “human suffocation” and transnational economic abuse used as a tool of coercion against Brazilian citizens.
  • Federal Police (PF): A criminal complaint (Notícia-crime) has been instituted to investigate practices of Criminal Fraud (Art. 171, CP), Unauthorized Access to Computer Systems (Art. 154-A, CP), and Forgery of Documents (Arts. 298 and 299, CP).
